Added performance at the highest level

The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (640mm x 410mm x 65mm) and therefore has an external charge air volume of 17 liters (OEM 9 liters). The newly developed competition high-performance mesh (tube fin) ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of just 8.4 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow. An air duct integrated in the end box enables a homogeneous filling of the competition high-performance mesh. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 70mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant quality control.
