With its 200 hp four-cylinder engine, the VW Polo GTI is anything but an underpowered small car. With our tuning, however, the little car from Wolfsburg mutates completely into a belligerent poison dwarf. We have replaced numerous standard components with our own developments and thus increased the power output to 320 hp. Among other things, we installed a larger turbocharger, a new air charge cooler and revised the standard air ducting system. On the exhaust side, a downpipe with HJS Euro 6 catalytic converters was installed, combined with the in-house, flap-controlled "RipJaw" sports exhaust system. With the "Stage 3+" performance upgrade, the front-wheel drive VW Polo GTI "AW" achieves 320 hp, a maximum torque of 500 Newton meters and sprints from standstill to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds - half a second faster than the standard model. The top speed of the VW Polo GTI also benefits from the tuning measures: Instead of a maximum speed of 240 km/h, the venomous car can reach up to 256 km/h.
A Clubsport suspension from KW Suspensions is used to improve road holding. Numerous motorsport components can also be found in the interior: among other things, a roll bar individually manufactured by Wiechers Sport as well as Recaro sports seats and H-belts from Sabelt are intended to increase the safety of the occupants and also exude a good portion of racing charm in the control center of the poison dwarf.
