SIEMONEIT EXHAUSTS
We have been grappling with this topic for a long time. We spent a long time looking for partners who could implement all our wishes. Even the prototypes were developed and manufactured in Bavaria and then sent to partners around the world for production. That is now a thing of the past. In 2013, SIEMONEIT GmbH invested in state-of-the-art welding technology and sheet metal and metalworking machines to manufacture everything from flanges and dampers to tailpipes in-house in Stade. Now we start by analyzing the original system, measuring the exhaust gas temperature and back pressure, heat spots / constrictions and volume - everything is recorded in data. Based on this data, the SIEMONEIT EXHAUSTS exhaust system is then developed and built on the vehicle. We manufacture from Thyssen Krupp stainless steel grades 1.4201 and 1.4828. We use W2 argon and only the best materials for welding wire and almost everything is formed on request. SIEMONEIT GmbH also manufactures dampers, tools and tailpipes for other tuning companies, and we also undertake series production for other companies on request. No vehicle, no model and no engine is a restriction for us. We produce exhaust systems for your classic car (also H-approved) or for your new car - regardless of the manufacturer. We comply with all legal guidelines and, thanks to our TÜV verification, we can also offer the necessary TÜV documents for everything that is within the legal framework and also take care of the complete registration and logging. We produce exhaust systems with flap control with radio remote control, with integrated electronics or in combination with the data specified by the vehicle, as well as special exhaust systems for motorsport.
